All items are shipping USPS Priority Mail and include a tracking number. Shipping upgrades and insurance are available at checkout for an additional fee.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates for any packages. USPS projected delivery dates are only guidelines, which are subject to change.
All items are sent USPS International First Class Mail. Shipping upgrades and insurance are available for an additional fee.
Import fees or taxes are NOT included in the shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please be aware of your country’s customs policies before placing your order.
No refunds are given for lost or stolen packages that are not insured. If this is a concern, please make sure to purchase insurance for your item.
Please allow for extra time for the delivery of international orders, as unexpected delays can happen while processing your item through customs.

Every item is handmade in small batches. Any inconsistencies are unique to each item and should be expected since no two hides are exactly alike. We strive for consistency when hand selecting each hide, and use as much of each hide that we can to reduce waste. Please keep in mind that using every part of the hide means that scars and inconsistencies are sometimes present.
